Under the patronage of the Ministry of Industry and Mineral Resources, the Riyadh International Industry Week 2026 will commence tomorrow at the Riyadh International Convention and Exhibition Center, bringing together more than 337 exhibitors from 17 countries to showcase the Kingdom’s growing industrial capabilities and explore international partnership opportunities across various sectors.
The event combines three specialized exhibitions: the 21st Saudi Plastics and Petrochemicals Exhibition, the Saudi Print and Pack Exhibition, and the fourth edition of the Saudi Smart Logistics Exhibition.
Running until 24 June 2026, the event is organized through a strategic partnership between Riyadh Exhibitions Company and Germany’s Messe Düsseldorf, strengthening links between Saudi specialized exhibitions and leading global events, including K, Interpack, and Drupa.
The week will also feature panel discussions and specialized workshops involving senior officials and local and international experts, focusing on industrial transformation, innovation, localization, advanced packaging solutions for the food sector, industrial enablers, investment opportunities, competitiveness, and the latest practices in plastics, packaging, printing, and recycling.
BETH Analysis
Riyadh International Industry Week reflects more than a specialized exhibition event; it highlights a new phase in Saudi Arabia’s industrial transformation, aimed at connecting local industries with global industrial networks and positioning the Kingdom as an integrated manufacturing platform rather than merely a consumer market.
The scale of international participation and the strategic cooperation with major German exhibition institutions indicate that Saudi Arabia is seeking not only domestic industrial growth but also a stronger role as a regional hub for manufacturing, logistics, and supply chains.
The topics highlighted during the event—from localization and innovation to recycling and smart logistics—demonstrate the Kingdom’s shift toward a more advanced industrial model based on technology, value creation, and global competitiveness.
As economic transformation accelerates, industry is increasingly emerging as one of the pillars supporting Saudi Vision 2030 and building a more diversified economy.
The objective is no longer simply to manufacture products, but to build an integrated industrial ecosystem capable of competing globally.
