New unified licensing service covers trips inside and outside Saudi Arabia, with activities coordinated with relevant authorities

The Ministry of Sport has begun regulating “Travelers” activities inside and outside Saudi Arabia through a new licensing service launched on the Riyadi platform, aimed at unifying procedures and ensuring that trips are conducted safely and in an organized manner.

The service allows organizers to submit permit applications electronically, which are then reviewed in coordination with relevant authorities according to the nature and route of each trip, ensuring compliance with regulations and access to services provided by participating entities.

The activity combines sport, adventure, and environmental and cultural exploration. The initiative seeks to develop organized and sustainable travel experiences and strengthen Saudi Arabia’s position as a destination for such activities, in line with the objectives of Saudi Vision 2030.
