Global Biotechnology Summit in Riyadh Next Monday

The Riyadh Global Medical Biotechnology Summit opens on Monday, September 14, 2026, under the patronage of the Crown Prince, bringing together experts, researchers and investors to discuss innovation, partnerships and investment opportunities

Under the patronage of Crown Prince Mohammed bin Salman, the fourth edition of the Riyadh Global Medical Biotechnology Summit will open in Riyadh next Monday and run from September 14 to 16, 2026.

The summit will be inaugurated by Prince Abdullah bin Bandar bin Abdulaziz, Minister of the National Guard, with the participation of leading experts, researchers, innovators, investors and decision-makers from around the world.

The summit will discuss the latest developments in medical biotechnology, investment opportunities, research and development, and the creation of partnerships between scientific institutions and global companies, further strengthening Riyadh’s position as an international hub for innovation in the sector.

The event is organized by the Ministry of National Guard, represented by its Health Affairs division, King Saud bin Abdulaziz University for Health Sciences, and King Abdullah International Medical Research Center, in partnership with the Ministry of Investment.

The summit supports the objectives of the National Biotechnology Strategy and Saudi Vision 2030, as the Kingdom continues to expand a knowledge-based economy that brings together scientific research, healthcare and investment.
