Who Solves Crises?

In times of major crises…
presence is not measured by visibility,
nor are roles weighed by statements.

Crises do not look for voices…
they look for men.

In popular culture,
there are sayings that capture complex realities in a single satirical image.

Among them, an expression that can be rendered in English as:

“When she farted, she gathered her thighs.”

Simple as it sounds…
yet it carries a remarkably precise political description.

It portrays a character:
one who holds no real weight, no true ability to act,
yet insists on being present everywhere.

Entering every crisis…
not to solve,
but to be seen… or to secure a share, if one exists.

This character moves only when the opportunity seems “guaranteed” —
when risk declines… and outcomes become clearer.

But the paradox is this:
their presence adds nothing…
it only exposes their weakness.

Put simply:
the problem is not in entering…
but in entering without capability —
which reveals more than it conceals.

This is no longer a folk tale…
it has become a recurring political pattern.

We see it in actors who appear in every crisis,
yet produce no solution.

They operate by a simple logic:
how to be present… not how to be effective.

There are those who enter every crisis,
moving between capitals,
appearing in photographs,
smiling in conferences,
speaking the language of: “We are concerned”… and “We are following”…

Yet — at the moment of truth —
they neither resolve… nor connect.

They do not arrive early,
nor step forward,
but wait…
until the dust settles,
until the direction becomes clear,
then enter —
seeking position… not solution.

In contrast…
there are those who speak less,
avoid chasing cameras,
yet when they move…
the equations themselves begin to shift.

They do not wait for the full picture…
they help draw it.

They do not seek a share of the crisis…
they seek its end.

In this world…
models repeat.

A European model…
masters the art of presence in every crisis,
appears in every file,
yet its impact often… falls short of its voice.

Not because it does not want to…
but because it does not go to the end.

And others share this pattern —
though some display greater skill,
and deeper management of interests.

Another model… represented by Donald Trump.
Not necessarily defined by conventional courage,
but undeniably firm,
sharp in negotiation,
and not easily retreating.

He knows how to use power…
and knows that behind him stands power… and alliances.

This model may not satisfy everyone…
but it imposes itself at the table.

Between these models…
stand some states
that strive to be present in every scene,
yet no longer possess the tools of real influence.

They enter…
but do not lead.
They speak…
but are not heard.

Not because history fails them…
but because the present is not built on memory.

Politics is not naïveté…
nor is dignity a form of weakness.

The deeper truth remains:
we are not naïve… and cannot be deceived.

Refinement in conduct…
does not mean accepting the margins.
And calmness…
does not mean absence of capability.

Crises today are not managed by statements,
nor resolved by courtesy,
nor won through media presence.

They are managed by:
difficult decisions,
the burden of consequences,
and the ability to go… all the way.

In times of war…
there is no place for those seeking a “share” of the crisis,
only for those who carry its weight.

The issue is not who was present…
but who changed the outcome.

The era of chasing illusory roles is over.
The era of superficial presence has ended.

Every era has its state… and its men.

Ages are not led by slogans,
but by minds that understand their moment,
read their reality,
and possess the courage to act.

The future does not belong to those who appear more…
but to those who influence better.

The future belongs to integration,
to mutual benefit,
and to a world managed by those
who are stronger… smarter… more capable,
and more able to create value for all.

Whoever seeks a place among the powerful…
must not rely on exposed, outdated methods.

But rather, must possess the ability
to burn old papers,
and open new pages —
more intelligent… and more capable of integration.

This does not mean the doors of power are closed…
they open —
to those who bring value.

And value is not declared… it is demonstrated.

The clearest proof:
what have you built in your own country?

The problem is not in entering…
but in entering without capability —
which reveals more than it conceals.
