The Jeddah Corniche Circuit is no longer just a track awaiting the roar of engines. Today, it has evolved into an open space alive with runners’ footsteps and the spinning wheels of bicycles, where sport blends seamlessly into daily life and the venue transforms into a collective story centered on health, movement, and an active lifestyle.
Sports for Everyone
Since June 2025, the circuit has begun a new journey as a vibrant hub welcoming all segments of society, becoming a safe and free space for practicing sports, enhancing quality of life, and encouraging healthy lifestyles. This initiative is part of the “Open Sports Day at Jeddah Corniche Circuit” program.
Over the past period, the circuit has witnessed strong community participation, with more than 46,000 people of various ages and backgrounds taking part in running, walking, and cycling, reflecting the diversity and growth of the local sports community.
Activity Schedule
The circuit allocates Sundays and Tuesdays for community sports activities as follows:
Cycling:
From 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM
Last entry at 7:30 PM
Circuit cleared by 9:00 PM
Running and Skating:
From 9:00 PM to 11:00 PM
Entry closes at 10:00 PM
Safety First
Circuit management places the highest priority on safety, with security teams ensuring the use of protective helmets, particularly for cyclists, alongside the constant presence of on-site medical teams to safeguard participants.
All activities are open and free of charge for everyone, offering a well-prepared and energetic environment that supports community sports, promotes sports culture, and encourages regular physical activity.
A World-Class Circuit
The Jeddah Corniche Circuit was constructed ahead of hosting the first Formula 1 Grand Prix in 2021, in a record time of just eight months, becoming the first of its kind in the Kingdom to meet the standards of the Fédération Internationale de l’Automobile (FIA).
The circuit spans 6.176 kilometers, making it the longest and fastest street circuit on the current Formula 1 calendar. It features 27 high-speed corners (16 left and 11 right), earning its reputation as a favorite among drivers and fans worldwide.
