From Jeddah to the World… Saudi Arabia Launches a Historic WRC 2025 Finale

In the presence of His Royal Highness Prince Abdulaziz bin Turki Al Faisal, Minister of Sports and President of the Saudi Olympic & Paralympic Committee, the final round of the World Rally Championship (WRC) kicked off today, Wednesday, 26 November 2025, in Jeddah with “Saudi Rally 2025 – Powered by Jameel Motorsport”—marking the Kingdom’s first-ever hosting of a WRC round under the supervision of the Ministry of Sports and the organization of the Saudi Automobile & Motorcycle Federation.

The opening ceremony saw distinguished attendance, including His Royal Highness Prince Khalid bin Sultan Al Abdullah Al Faisal, Chairman of SAMF and Jameel Motorsport, and His Highness Prince Saud bin Abdullah bin Jalawi, Governor of Jeddah.

 

Toyota Dominates… A Powerful Start to an Intense Finale

The competition began this morning from Dhahban with the Shakedown stage (4.56 km), dedicated to testing cars and setup adjustments.
Toyota Gazoo Racing asserted complete control:

Later, the Super Special Stage 1 – Jameel Motorsport delivered outstanding performances before a large crowd and wide media coverage. The stage concluded with:
