🔍 BETH Analysis (Brief)
The numbers reflect a disciplined expansionary fiscal stance: expenditure surpasses SAR 1.3 trillion, while the deficit remains at a manageable level within established public-debt frameworks.
Maintaining a planned deficit signals the government’s clear preference to sustain the momentum of major projects and national transformation programs, rather than slow spending at the expense of growth and diversification.
The royal directive’s emphasis on developmental and social programs underscores that this budget is not merely a financial document, but a direct mechanism to:
Strengthen quality of life.
Ensure citizens remain the primary beneficiaries of Vision 2030 projects.
A deeper, data-driven analytical report on spending trends, revenue trajectories, and the broader economic implications for 2026 will follow.
