BETH – Special Report

Twelve Arab and Islamic entities strongly condemned the Israeli Knesset’s approval of a declaration calling for the imposition of so-called “Israeli sovereignty” over the occupied West Bank, labeling it:

▪️ A blatant violation of international law,
▪️ And a clear breach of relevant UN Security Council resolutions,
most notably Resolutions 242 (1967), 338 (1973), and 2334 (2016), which unequivocally invalidate all measures aiming to legitimize occupation, including settlement activities on Palestinian land occupied since 1967.

🗣️ Unified Position: No Legitimacy for Occupation

🔹 The statement was issued by:
The Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, the Kingdom of Bahrain, the Arab Republic of Egypt, the Republic of Indonesia, the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan, the Federal Republic of Nigeria, the State of Palestine, the State of Qatar, the Republic of Türkiye, the United Arab Emirates, the League of Arab States, and the Organization of Islamic Cooperation.

These parties reaffirmed:

Israel holds no sovereignty whatsoever over the occupied Palestinian territories.

This unilateral move has no legal bearing and does not alter the legal status of the occupied land, especially East Jerusalem, which remains an integral part of Palestinian territory.

They further stressed that such actions by Israel would only fuel escalating tensions in the region.

📌 BETH – Analytical Note:
As Israel pushes to manufacture false legitimacy through unilateral declarations,
Arab and Islamic consensus is tightening against attempts to normalize occupation.

Is Israel testing the limits of global silence?
Or preparing for a more confrontational diplomatic chapter?
