Saudi Arabia, Türkiye Expand Economic Cooperation

The Trade, Industry, Investment, Infrastructure and Energy Committee under the Saudi-Turkish Coordination Council held its second meeting via videoconference, chaired by Saudi Assistant Minister of Investment Ibrahim Al-Mubarak and Türkiye’s Deputy Minister of Trade Mustafa Tuzcu, with participation from representatives of relevant entities from both sides.
The meeting discussed ways to enhance economic and investment cooperation and explored opportunities to strengthen bilateral partnerships across several key sectors.
Both sides agreed to prepare a joint action plan including 22 initiatives covering areas such as investment, trade, energy, industry, mining, technology, transportation and infrastructure, aimed at expanding economic cooperation between Saudi Arabia and Türkiye.
The meeting builds on the outcomes of the committee’s first session and forms part of preparations for the upcoming meeting of the Saudi-Turkish Coordination Council.
