Assets & Facilities: Ensuring power reliability, HVAC efficiency, lighting systems, elevators, escalators, and audio systems readiness.
Maintenance & Sanitation: Intensified preventive maintenance, hygiene, disinfection, and environmental safety measures to maintain service continuity during peak periods.
Crowd Management: Enhanced on-ground guidance teams with real-time translation, optimized pathways and prayer areas, and improved wayfinding signage.
Smart & Digital Services
3D interactive maps to facilitate navigation inside the Holy Mosques.
Visitor counting systems using digital sensors to support data-driven crowd management.
Visitor satisfaction devices for continuous service improvement.
Multilingual interactive guidance screens across the Grand Mosque and courtyards.
Door numbering and the activation of the “Rasid” reporting service to accelerate field response.
Pilgrim Services
Dedicated transport support for elderly visitors from transit hubs.
Upgraded Zamzam water distribution, carpets, carts, gates, and restrooms.
Regulated iftar distribution in coordination with the national Ehsan platform and food waste reduction measures.
Luggage storage, guest care centers, children’s hospitality centers, and enhanced volunteer platform readiness across Makkah and Madinah.
Spiritual Enrichment
Operation of the Exhibition of the Architecture of the Two Holy Mosques.
