The Royal Commission for Riyadh City reveals the urban code for Wadi Hanifa

The Royal Commission for Riyadh has designed and developed the urban code of Wadi Hanifa and its tributaries and the lands overlooking it, with the aim of preparing the region to be at the level of aspiration of the city's residents and their aspirations for Riyadh to be among the best cities in the world in terms of living and quality of life.

The urban code approved by the authority aims to regulate the general shape and external appearance of the buildings while providing options to impart a distinct architectural identity that simulates the area's surroundings from a natural environment and a long-standing historical legacy.
