Saudi Sports License… A Profession by Global Standards

On Sunday, April 13, 2025, the Saudi Ministry of Sports, represented by the Leaders Development Institute, officially launched the “Professional Licensing and Program Accreditation” project — a strategic initiative aimed at regulating and developing the sports sector based on global standards and best practices.
💼 What Does the Project Include?
Issuing professional licenses and certifications for trainers and fitness professionals
Accrediting vocational sports training programs
Future plans to expand coverage to all key roles in the sports and physical activity sector
📍 The official launch took place at the King Abdulaziz Conference Center in Riyadh, during the Human Capability Development Initiative 2025 Conference, held from April 13–14.

Sports training institutes and centers
Sports federations and clubs
Higher education institutions, students, and graduates
Sports administrative and regulatory bodies
International counterparts of the Leaders Institute
