This opportunity is considered among 230 investment opportunities offered by the secretariat, as some of these opportunities extend to 50 years, which motivates investors, as the required bank guarantee has been reduced to only 25% and the exemption period reaches up to 10% of the total contract period in support of investors and entrepreneurs and facilitate them and motivate them.

The spokesperson for the Eastern Region Municipality, Muhammad Al-Safyan, explained that this opportunity is among 230 investment opportunities that come as an extension of the Municipality’s efforts to introduce pioneering and exemplary investment projects and initiatives with the aim of stimulating the economic movement and supporting investors and entrepreneurs in cooperation with government and private sectors to achieve the concept of financial sustainability, spending efficiency, raising revenues and enhancing The elements of quality of life and the improvement of services for the residents and visitors of the region.
