The State of Palestine condemns the Houthi attacks on Saudi Arabia and the UAE, and refuses to offend Arab symbols
Ramallah - The State of Palestine has condemned the attacks carried out by the Houthi militia against the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and the United Arab Emirates, which targeted civilian sites and facilities, claiming innocent civilians.
In a speech delivered by the alternate ambassador of the State of Palestine in the Arab League, during the emergency meeting called by the Arab League, to discuss the Houthi attacks on Arab countries, the State of Palestine expressed the solidarity of the Palestinian people and their leadership with the Arab brothers.
It called on the international community, including the UN Security Council, to take its role in maintaining international peace and security to stop such condemned attacks, and to end the tense conflict in brotherly Yemen and the region, in accordance with international law in order to preserve the lives of all civilians.
The State of Palestine reiterated its rejection of any abuse of Arab legitimacy and symbols.
