The Saudi budget in the third quarter of 2021 .. Revenues 243 billion riyals and expenditures 237 billion riyals
The Saudi Ministry of Finance announced the budget figures for the third quarter of 2021.
According to a statement by the Ministry of Finance, “Broadcast” received a copy of it today, Sunday, that the Kingdom’s quarterly revenues amounted to 243 billion riyals, compared to expenses of 237 billion riyals.
The Kingdom’s oil revenues recorded 147.9 billion riyals in the third quarter, while the total budget revenues in the third quarter grew 13% on an annual basis.
The ministry added that it recorded a surplus of 6.7 billion riyals in the third quarter of 2021, and that public spending amounted to 236.7 billion riyals in the third quarter of 2021.
The Saudi Ministry of Finance announced that the current account or government reserves to finance the deficit had not been affected since the beginning of 2021.
The Saudi budget deficit has decreased since the beginning of 2021, to 5.4 billion riyals.
