The artwork “Ruya” in the pavilion of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia at Expo 2020 Dubai combines art and technology, with an amazing aesthetic display, that reveals the essence of the Kingdom through forms and symbols that interact with viewers, and it was implemented in joint cooperation with five prominent Saudi artists, they are: Dana Awartani Lulwa Al-Hamoud, Moaz Al-Awfi, Tarfa Fahd, and Talal Al-Zaid.

This work is considered the largest "audio-visual" scene in the world, and it deals with four main axes: the universe and its astronomical elements, nature with its enchanting scenes and its associated sustainability projects, Saudi culture with its most important patterns and arts - as the art of Arabic calligraphy - and the future through the question on which we build tomorrow: How Create a common future that enables creativity and science of all kinds?

The artwork took the visitors’ “vision” in a unique, interactive and charming experience. With its moving floor and its interaction with their steps, the astonishment was the result of every step the visitor took. Silence and meditation were not the main elements, but rather the artwork identified with the steps and movements on its floor.

The work of "Vision" for visitors also reviewed how the Kingdom sees its vision, being part of the world, and what are its important issues; Through which it is keen to be an active element in the exchange of dialogue and meaningful cooperation at the global level, and this is what the presentation begins with the axis of the universe. As for the nature axis, the work of "Vision" shows visitors from different countries of the world what are the most important and charming natural elements, and how they differ according to the vastness of the Kingdom, in addition to the fact that sustainability is the focus of the Kingdom's qualitative and ambitious projects.

After that, the patterns are formed in front of the visitors to show them the culture of the Kingdom, in a visual way that addresses the most important patterns in it, while mixing the work with the art of Arabic calligraphy, which is today a living art dealt with by artists in different cultures.

And because the future is one of the pillars of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia's pavilion at Expo 2020 Dubai, the fourth axis reviews the visitors, what is the Kingdom's vision for the future? To build a possible future for human capital, promising and ambitious for its people, and enabling creativity and innovation in various types of sciences.
