A group of paratroopers and Saudi special security forces arrive in Greece
The participating force from the paratroopers units and the special security forces of the Royal Saudi Land Forces arrived in the Republic of Greece to participate in the four-way exercise of special operations with the Greek special operations forces, whose maneuvers will start today, Tuesday.
The Saudi force was received by the exercise officer from the Land Forces Training and Military Doctrines Department, Colonel Khaled Abdullah Al-Olayan, the military liaison officer at the Kingdom's embassy in Athens, Lt. Col. Rashid bin Abdulaziz Al-Aboudi, and the commander of the Fesina Air Base in Greece.
The exercise aims to enhance joint cooperation between brotherly and friendly countries, exchange experiences and concepts, and raise the level of combat readiness to confront regional challenges in the region.
This exercise comes with the participation of the Emirati Special Forces and the Egyptian Special Forces, which will participate in the four-way exercise of special operations with the Greek Special Operations Forces.
