A global achievement and superiority achieved by the Kingdom in the Digital Maturity Report issued by the World Bank ranks the Kingdom among the first group of the highest leading and innovative countries in the areas of providing government services and interacting with citizens.
The Kingdom of Saudi Arabia ranked among the first group of the highest leading and innovative countries in the areas of providing government services and interacting with citizens, according to the GovTech report issued by the World Bank.
His Excellency Eng. Ahmed bin Muhammad Al-Suwayan, Governor of the Digital Government Authority, valued the great support that government agencies enjoy from the wise leadership and their unlimited support for all technical aspects, which directly contributed to the excellence of government agencies in providing digital government services and interacting with citizens with high quality, noting at the time. This is due to the continuous progress in developing digital services, keeping pace with modern technologies and optimizing investment to improve the beneficiaries’ experience in accordance with the Kingdom’s vision 2030.
According to the report, the Kingdom is among the group of the highest developed countries in the world, as the report measures the extent of providing digital government services, interaction with citizens, and enabling government digital transformation within four main indicators and more than 48 sub-indicators.
This achievement comes within a series of the Kingdom’s successive achievements in all development fields and at all regional and global levels, in accordance with the ambitious vision set by the wise leadership - may God protect him - for our country to be a successful and pioneering model in the world at all levels.
