The projects included six housing units that provide 3797 units, including the housing project for the King Saud base in Hafr Al-Batin, the housing of the armed forces in the northwest, the housing project for the families of the King Salman bin Abdulaziz Center for mountain war in Taif, and the housing project for the armed forces in Sharurah, in addition to the phase The first of the Armed Forces Housing Project in Jazan, and the second phase of the Armed Forces Housing Construction Project in the Eastern Province.

His Highness inaugurated a number of medical development projects, including the project to establish a heart center in the Armed Forces Hospital in the North West, with a capacity of 130 beds, and the expansion of Prince Sultan Armed Forces Hospital in Madinah, which will raise the bed capacity to 100 beds, while the expansion adds ten care units. The center, operating rooms equipped with the latest medical equipment, emergency departments, radiology, laboratory, pharmacy, and blood bank.
