The Saudi Electricity Company announced the completion of the connection and operation of the “Modon-Al-Jouf Oasis” project; Affiliated to the Saudi Organization for Industrial Estates and Technology Zones, in Al-Jouf, with the electrical network, and operating the main electrical connection line for the project to provide the electrical energy needed for the project.

The company explained that the connection process was carried out in coordination with the Ministry of Energy, the Emirate of Al-Jouf Region, and the Saudi Authority for Industrial Cities and Technology Zones, indicating that linking the “Modon-Al-Jawf Oasis” to the electrical network will enhance the provision of high-reliability electrical service, which will support the region’s development, sustainable development and investments in it. It will also reflect positively on the company's ability to serve subscribers with high efficiency and quality, in accordance with the highest international standards.

His Royal Highness Prince Abdulaziz bin Salman bin Abdulaziz was; The Minister of Energy directed the Saudi Electricity Company to speed up the electrical connection of “Modon Oasis - Al-Jouf”, after the meeting between him and His Royal Highness, Prince Faisal bin Nawwaf bin Abdulaziz; The Emir of Al-Jawf region, in which they reviewed energy projects in the region, during his visit to Al-Jouf region, during the last month of Sha'ban, when he witnessed the opening of the Sakaka solar energy project, and was informed of the work progress of the Domat Al-Jandal wind energy project.

The Saudi Electricity Company confirmed that it will complete the operation of the internal network of the “Modon Oasis - Al-Jouf” project, in coordination with the Saudi Authority for Industrial Estates and Technology Zones, after completing the necessary tests.
