Beth: His Excellency the Secretary of the Eastern Region, Engineer Fahd bin Muhammad Al-Jubeir, signed a memorandum of joint cooperation with the Secretary General of the Saudi Council of Engineers, Engineer Farhan bin Habaiter Al-Shammari, in the presence of the Under Secretary for Reconstruction and Projects, Engineer Mazen bin Adel Bakhurji, today, Tuesday, 04/27/2021 AD, at the headquarters of the secretariat.
