Beth: The President of the Republic, elected by the Iranian Resistance, Maryam Rajavi, gave a detailed presentation of the crisis that the Iranian regime is going through.

She said during an Internet conference organized by the National Council of Iranian Resistance on the occasion of the Iranian New Year "Nowruz" on Saturday that the Iranian regime is still far from changing its policy towards its multi-faceted crises.

From her residence in France's Oversure Oz, she assured politicians, elected officials and French social and religious figures who participated in the conference that Khamenei's statements last week indicated his unwillingness to change his policies.

She explained that the economic and social crises have put Khamenei in trouble, indicating that he is unable to find solutions.

She added that despite the Corona crisis, Iranian society has repeatedly expressed its anger and rebellion in prisons and through protest gatherings held by various groups of society.

Rajavi quoted from the Iranian official press as likening society to a powder keg that could explode at any moment.

She stated that the Iranian people are calling for a boycott of the so-called upcoming presidential elections of the regime, and they are calling for the establishment of a free and democratic republic

She touched upon a wide wave of youth joining the resistance despite the widespread arrests that spread the uprising strongholds all over the country.

Regarding the foreign policy of the Iranian regime, Rajavi referred to the violation of more provisions of the nuclear agreement, two months after US President John Biden assumed the reins of the administration.

It saw this as evidence that the regime has not abandoned its pursuit of the atomic bomb and the impossibility of returning to balance and the previous state of the agreement reached in the year (2015). It also recalled the rejection of the mullahs' regime, the efforts of the French government to reach a solution.

In Rajavi's explanation of the regime's foreign policies, she referred to the intensification of missile attacks on American bases in Iraq and militia attacks operating under the control of the Iranian Revolutionary Guard Corps in Yemen against the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, confirming the regime's continued reliance on repression inside Iran on the one hand and exporting its terrorism and interventions in the region. On the other hand.

She concluded by saying that the Iranian people expect Europe to adopt a firm policy towards the regime, and to support its demands for democracy and human rights. And that France and the European Union take measures against the terrorist regime in Europe and its embassies that use support centers for terrorist acts.

Speakers at the conference discussed the European policy perspectives, especially the French, that should be adopted. Former Minister of State for Foreign Affairs and Justice Michel Alliot-Marie expressed her regret for the deterioration of a country with this rich culture that is thousands of years old, criticizing the blackmail policy that the mullahs regime follows in dealing with the international community regarding its nuclear program. It also condemned the regime's game with inspectors of the International Atomic Energy Agency, and its concealment of nuclear sites.

It denounced the regional subversive role of the mullahs 'regime in Yemen, noting that Europe did not show sufficient determination in dealing with the mullahs' terrorism, describing it as a wrong policy.

Gilbert Mitterrand, son of the late French president and president of the France Liberté Foundation, called for the establishment of an independent commission to achieve justice for the victims of the repression of the mullahs' regime.

Former French Minister for Human Rights, Rama Yad, touched on the Iranian crisis under the rule of the mullahs, saying that "it is not possible to negotiate with such a regime," referring to the inhuman acts of the mullahs' regime.

She urged searching for an alternative, expressing her support for President Rajavi and the National Council of Resistance and her hope that the new year will be the year for change in Iran, and she ended her speech by addressing President Rajavi, saying: Your courage and strength, Mrs. Rajavi, is the source of motivation for Iranian men and women.
