226 Iranian associations in Europe demand the expulsion of the mullahs' ambassadors and an end to their terrorism
Broadcast: 226 Iranian community societies issued a statement - they received a broadcast copy of it - sent to the European Union, the United Nations Security Council and the Member States confirming it. We, as members of Iranian societies and communities, we draw your attention to the statement signed by Iranian community groups regarding the European Union's policy towards Iran . As stated in the statement, any policy or approach towards the mullahs' regime that governs our people must take into account its complete disregard for the fundamental rights and freedoms of the Iranian people, its terrorism directed against opponents of the regime in European lands, and its destabilizing activities in the Middle East and the need for European Union recognition and support. For the overwhelming majority of Iranians' desire for change, which has been reflected in three major uprisings since 2017, and any policy they adopt should not harm the supreme interests of the Iranian people, as it will encourage the regime to continue its horrific human rights violations, terror, and malicious activities with impunity.
In conjunction with this statement, the Iranian community and supporters of the National Council of Resistance of Iran in Belgium organized a protest rally in Shoman Square on Monday, February 22, 2021, to announce their demand for strong condemnation of state terrorism sponsored by the Iranian regime in Europe, especially in Belgium, and to take concrete steps to hold Tehran accountable.
