Saudi Arabia achieves the most expensive horse race in the world


On behalf of the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud, Honorary President of the Horse Racing Club, Prince Muhammad bin Salman bin Abdulaziz, Crown Prince, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Defense, sponsored this Saturday evening the public "Saudi Cup" race in its second edition, which is the most expensive in History of world horse races, at King Abdulaziz Equestrian Square in Riyadh.

He was received by His Highness the Crown Prince Prince Faisal bin Bandar bin Abdulaziz, Governor of Riyadh, Prince Bandar bin Khalid Al-Faisal, Adviser at the Royal Court, Chairman of the Equestrian Authority Board of Directors, Chairman of the Horse Racing Club, and Prince Abdullah bin Khalid bin Sultan bin Abdulaziz, Ambassador of the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques to Austria Member of the Board of Directors of the Horse Racing Club.



The horses participating in the race moved from the bench square to the parade ground in front of the Crown Prince.

And the eighth game kicked off the most expensive cup in the world.

The Crown Prince congratulated His Royal Highness Prince Abdul Rahman bin Abdullah Al-Faisal, the horse owner "honorable" and lifted the Saudi Cup as a winner.

The Crown Prince also congratulated the horse trainer John Gossden and fictional David Igen who received the anthropomorphic horse and helmet.
