The Foreign Affairs Committee, the Armed Forces Committee, the Judicial Committee, the Security Committee, the Energy Committee, the Budget Committee, the Education Committee, the Civil Rights Committee and other committees adopt the resolution supported by the two parties of the US House of Representatives with the signature of 113 members in support of the Iranian Resistance and the 10-article Charter of Mrs. Maryam Rajavi, and the establishment of a democratic, civil and non-Iran Nuclear and republican, and condemning the violation of human rights by the regime in Iran and its sponsorship of state terrorism.
The US Congress announced the following decisions:
1. The US Congress condemns the terrorist attacks sponsored and currently sponsored by the mullahs' regime against American citizens and Iranian dissidents, including terrorist operations against Iranian dissidents participating in the "Free Iran" conference in 2018 in Paris.
2. The US Congress calls on agencies of the US government to work with European allies, including the Balkans, to hold the mullahs' regime accountable for violating diplomatic protocols.
It also calls on governments to prevent the subversive activities of the diplomatic missions affiliated with the mullahs 'regime, and to close their embassies, including closing the embassy of the mullahs' regime in Albania.
3. The US Congress stands with the Iranian people, who continue their legitimate peaceful demonstrations against the corrupt, oppressive regime in Iran.
4- The US Congress officially recognizes the right of the Iranian people to establish a democratic, non-religious, non-nuclear republic.
