The Red Sea project aims to develop an area of 28 thousand square kilometers of land on the western coast of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia according to innovative international designs that are sustainable and reflect the experiences of the nature of the picturesque region.

The project is characterized by maintaining 75% of the area to be landscapes representing a natural paradise, and all project facilities are operated with 100% renewable energy.



The project consists of 90 islands within an archipelago. In the first phase, 22 islands will be developed and 50 hotels will be constructed by 2030, providing 1,300 housing units and 100 villas on Mothers al-Sheikh Island.
