A new agreement to train Saudi cadres in space sciences
Today, Thursday, the Saudi Space Authority signed an executive program agreement with the International Space University, to enhance cooperation in training and empowering Saudi national cadres in space sciences, and to enhance research, development and innovation efforts and the exchange of academic experiences.
The agreement was signed by the CEO of the authority, Dr. Abdulaziz bin Muhammad Al Al-Sheikh, and the president of the university, Dr. Juan de Dalmau, remotely.
The Saudi Space Authority seeks to strengthen its partnerships with local, regional and international bodies in order to achieve the strategic objectives of the Saudi space sector, in order to contribute to the realization of the Kingdom's 2030 vision by providing the enablers for future achievements that would raise the space sector to international standards to place it among the advanced countries in this field.
