The International Red Sea Company, the developer of the most ambitious renewable tourism projects in the world – "Red Sea" and"Amala"- announced the unveiling of an innovative robot for cleaning beaches in order to keep the sand of its picturesque beaches free of waste.
This robot is designed to improve the appearance of sand and collect plastic waste and debris, it can also identify small items with a size of 1 cm2, this modern and fully electric robot is remotely controllable, and ensures comprehensive cleaning results without causing any harm to the environment. The robot is also designed to be highly flexible, allowing it to easily move between furniture and other objects that are usually a challenge for similar robots on the market, and it can cover an area of 3,000 square meters in just one hour.
It is planned to operate a beach cleaning robot at the "Red Sea" destination initially, which in turn helps to preserve the picturesque landscapes of the destination and world-class resorts. This great achievement demonstrates the dedication of "Red Sea International" to preserving the beauty of the beaches for its visitors, and embodies the harmonious harmony between luxury travel experiences and sustainable environmental practices.
It is noteworthy that in 2023, the Red Sea destination received its first visitors with the opening of two of its hotels, and the Red Sea International Airport has been receiving a regular schedule of flights since September 2023. When the project is completed in 2030, the "Red Sea" destination will include 50 resorts providing a total of up to 8,000 hotel units, in addition to more than 1,000 residential units spread over 22 islands and six land locations, in addition to luxury marinas, golf courses and entertainment and recreation facilities.
