Cityscape international real estate exhibition kicks off next Sunday in Riyadh offering free housing units, financing solutions for visitors and prizes exceeding one million riyals
The kingdom of Saudi Arabia is hosting the cityscape World Expo under the auspices of the Ministry of municipal and Rural Affairs and housing and organized by alliance company under the title "to build the home of the future" during the period from 10 to 13 September 2023, at the Riyadh Exhibition and Convention Center in Melhem, north of Riyadh city.
Cityscape international exhibition is the largest real estate exhibition in the world, with attendance from more than 170 countries, with the participation of exhibitors from 21 countries reviewing their distinctive real estate projects, and the exhibition also includes Vision 2030 projects under one roof.
The exhibition targets those wishing to buy houses, investors, real estate developers, engineers, designers, real estate investment funds, insurance companies, in addition to property owners and those interested in the real estate sector.
The exhibition will also offer special draws on residential units free of charge to visitors, in addition to special loans from banks with exclusive financing rates for the exhibition, and special offers from real estate developers.
Cityscape World Expo will witness many dialogue sessions through specialized forums and theaters to discuss the real estate sector from its various aspects, such as the artificial intelligence sector with real estate, real estate market transformations, environmental sustainability, the role of women in real estate technical innovations, the future of industrial real estate in the kingdom, urban planning, and many other topics.
The hackathon is designed specifically for the real estate and technology sector in the kingdom of Saudi Arabia, as it provides participants with the opportunity to interact with professional developers, innovative designers, and real estate technology experts to develop new solutions capable of upgrading the real estate sector, and the hackathon comes mainly to improve the quality of life for residents and tenants through the development of digital solutions tailored to their personal needs, and the hackathon also ensures that the service and support for contestants at the highest levels is characterized with Roshen's core values, as Roshen pays attention to for safety, fairness and quality.
The hackathon is divided into two tracks; the first track is for existing startups, while the second track is for new project ideas, where a jury will be formed to evaluate the participants ' entries and is composed of a selection of industry experts, namely: advisor to H. E. Deputy Minister of municipal and Rural Affairs and Housing Dr. Alyan Al-Harbi, CEO of information and digital at Roshen group Jayesh majanlal, head of strategy and corporate affairs at Roshen group Yassin Kattan, executive general manager of marketing at Roshen Group engineer Wasim Al-khushan, partner in the business development mine Rayan al-Sharif, and and the director of customer engineering at Google Cloud Khaled Al-Ohali.
The first track prizes come with a value of Sar 500,000, with a value of Sar 350,000 for the first place winner, and SAR 150,000 for the second place winner, and the second track prizes also come with a total of Sar 500,000, where the first place wins SAR 350,000, and the second place wins SAR 150,000, and the winning teams will have the opportunity to attend the official launch ceremony of Google Cloud in the kingdom of Saudi Arabia, in addition to attending a workshop provided by Google Cloud entitled "Innovation and creative thinking 10X", which touches on design thinking and ways to accelerate business through innovation, will be presented by the head of customer engineering department at Google Cloud KSA Khalid Al-Ohali, and will give participants in a workshop Work attendance certificate.
Events at the Rushen Hackathon are scheduled to run from September 10 to 12 as part of the exhibition, with the closing ceremony on September 13.
