Saudi Arabia decides to resume the work of its diplomatic mission in Syria

The kingdom of Saudi Arabia has decided to resume the work of its diplomatic mission in the Syrian Arab Republic.
The Ministry of Foreign Affairs issued a statement in this regard, which reads as follows:
"Proceeding from the bonds of brotherhood that bring together the peoples of the kingdom of Saudi Arabia and the Syrian Arab Republic, and keen to contribute to the development of Joint Arab action and the strengthening of security and stability in the region, and taking into account the decision issued by the ministerial meeting of the Council of foreign ministers of the Arab states, held in Cairo on 17/10/1444 AH corresponding to 7/5/2023 ad, to resume the participation of the delegations of the Syrian Arab Republic in the meetings of the Council of the league of Arab states and all its affiliated organizations and organs, in accordance with the principles of the charters of the United Nations and the league of Arab states, international charters and norms; Saudi Arabia has decided to resume the work of Its diplomatic mission in the Syrian Arab Republic".
