French presidential candidate Marine Le Pen cut the gap with outgoing President Emmanuel Macron after 32 million votes were counted.

French radio "RTL" reported on Sunday evening that official results issued by the Ministry of the Interior after counting 32 million cards showed Emmanuel Macron with 27.8% of the vote, while Marine Le Pen achieved 26.45%.
The second round of the French presidential election will take place two weeks later - on April 24.
"Nothing has been decided yet," Emmanuel Macron said after leading the results of the first round of the presidential elections on Sunday.
