Russian Defense Ministry spokesman Igor Konashenkov announced the destruction of 91 military sites and the downing of a Mi-24 helicopter of the Kyiv forces.

"During the last day, the Russian Air Force destroyed 91 military sites in Ukraine, including two command posts, 11 ammunition depots, 20 military sites and 52 storage areas for weapons and military equipment," Konashenkov said.

He confirmed that the Russian air defense systems shot down a Ukrainian Mi-24 helicopter over the village of Staraya Basan and four drones, one of which approached Sevastopol from the Black Sea side.

He pointed out that since the start of the Russian military operation in Ukraine, 271 drones, 1,627 tanks and armored vehicles, 167 rocket launchers, 669 artillery and 1,474 military vehicles have been destroyed.
