Tickets for the Qatar 2022 World Cup begin to be sold
Today, Wednesday, the International Football Association “FIFA” began selling tickets for the Qatar World Cup 2022 on demand, a phase that will continue until the 29th of this March, before the draw for the tournament is drawn on the first of April.
Tickets can now be purchased at FIFA.com/tickets until Tuesday next week.
FIFA also announced that there will be tickets available for all matches, except for the opening and final, and there will also be a series of tickets for a specific team for everyone who wants to follow a particular team throughout the tournament.
Tickets for four stadiums will also be issued to give fans a unique opportunity to experience the atmosphere of four different matches and stadiums thanks to the short distances between Qatar's stadiums.
There will also be tickets for people with special needs, a category that will provide facilities and designated spaces and will cover a number of requirements as part of the rest of the types of tickets referred to previously.
FIFA indicated that all fans, regardless of whether they reside in Qatar or come from abroad, will need a "Haya" card, which serves as an entry permit for international fans coming to Qatar to watch the tournament.
Each fan must enter the stadium with this ticket and match ticket.
