Saudi Arabia wins Best Pavilion at Expo, Best Exterior Design and Best Presentation
The pavilion of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia participating in "Expo 2020 Dubai" won the award for the best pavilion, along with two honorary awards, according to the selection of the prestigious EXHIBITOR magazine, whose awards are awarded with each session of the world famous exhibition.
The Saudi pavilion won the award for the best pavilion at Expo 2020 Dubai in the category of large suites, as well as the honorary award in the category of best exterior design, and the honorary award in the category of best display. Platinum in LEED by the US Green Building Council (USGBC), and it also holds three Guinness World Records, the largest interactive light floor, the longest interactive water curtain at 32 meters in length, and the largest interactive digital screen mirror Its area is more than 1240 square meters.
EXHIBITOR magazine is the main evaluator of the Expo, with its competition, which is the most famous in the world, and has been organizing for more than thirty years, and through which it honors the best-designed exhibitions, according to the evaluation of an international committee composed of design, marketing and events experts.
The Saudi pavilion has attracted the attention of visitors to Expo 2020 Dubai since its launch last October, providing a distinguished visitor experience that transports visitors to the Kingdom's past, present and future through an impressive journey, in which technology was mixed with knowledge and creative arts that reflect the Kingdom's growth and prosperity. In all fields, the pavilion achieved a record number of visits, which reached more than four million visitors.
In designing its content, the Saudi pavilion was based on four main pillars, namely, the vibrant community linked to its roots, the ancient national heritage, the picturesque nature, and opportunities. Over the course of six months, the pavilion succeeded in attracting the attention of visitors through its various activities and activities, and its thematic weeks that reflect human richness and cultural components. And the development of the Kingdom, with the brilliant presence of traditional Saudi crafts, folklore shows, famous dishes from different regions of the Kingdom, as well as family, cultural and poetic performances, in addition to a set of multiple opportunities in the fields of innovation, economy, culture and investment.
