The Crown Prince receives the British Prime Minister
A session of talks .. and the signing of a memorandum to form the strategic partnership council between the two countries
Riyadh 13 Shaban 1443 AH corresponding to 16 March 2022:
His Royal Highness Prince Mohammed bin Salman bin Abdulaziz, Crown Prince, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Defense, received at the Royal Court at Al Yamamah Palace today, British Prime Minister Boris Johnson.
An official reception ceremony was held for the guest.
His Highness the Crown Prince and the British Prime Minister held a session of official talks.
During the talks session, they discussed friendship and bilateral cooperation between the two countries in various fields and opportunities to develop them, in addition to reviewing regional and international issues of common interest and efforts exerted in their regard, including the developments in Ukraine.
The session of the talks was attended by HRH Prince Abdulaziz bin Salman bin Abdulaziz, Minister of Energy, HRH Prince Khalid bin Bandar bin Sultan bin Abdulaziz, Ambassador of the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques to the United Kingdom, and HRH Prince Turki bin Muhammad bin Fahd bin Abdulaziz, Minister of State and Member of the Cabinet His Royal Highness Prince Abdulaziz bin Saud bin Nayef bin Abdulaziz, Minister of Interior, His Royal Highness Prince Abdullah bin Bandar bin Abdulaziz, Minister of National Guard, His Royal Highness Prince Khalid bin Salman bin Abdulaziz, Deputy Minister of Defense, and His Highness Prince Faisal bin Farhan bin Abdullah, Minister The Minister of State, Cabinet Member and National Security Adviser Dr. Musaed bin Muhammad Al-Aiban (the accompanying minister), His Excellency the Minister of Commerce and Minister of Information, Dr. Majid bin Abdullah Al-Qasabi, and His Excellency the Minister of Communications and Information Technology, Eng. After that, the Saudi-British Strategic Partnership Council was held, and a memorandum of understanding was signed regarding the formation of the Strategic Partnership Council between the Government of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and the Government of the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland, signed by His Royal Highness Prince Mohammed bin Salman bin Abdulaziz, Crown Prince, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Defense, And the British Prime Minister, Mr. Boris Johnson.
