With a total revenue of 38 million riyals.. Al-Sharqiya Municipality concludes three investment contracts for service projects
Beth: His Excellency the Mayor of the Eastern Region, Eng. Fahd bin Muhammad Al-Jubeir, concluded today, Thursday, 07/09/1443 AH, three investment contracts in the city of Dammam in partnership with the private sector, which aim to implement a number of projects and establish service facilities at the Secretariat headquarters in the presence of the Undersecretary for Investments And revenue development in the Eastern Province Municipality, Eng. Hamdan bin Odeh Al-Aradi, and representatives of the investing companies.
Where His Excellency the Mayor of the Eastern Province concluded the investment contracts and his counterparts from the representatives of the three companies (Car Technology Company for Car Services represented by Mr. Khalid bin Suleiman Al-Draibi, as well as Zouman Al-Hajri Contracting Company, and Riyadh Al-Mamlaka Trading and Contracting Company represented by Mr. Bandar bin Zuman Al-Hajri, within the agreed standards It shall coordinate with the agencies and municipalities concerned with the secretariat.
The three contracts, which extend for 25 years, are part of the investment and development contracts that are implemented in the region, in the interest of the secretariat represented by the Investment and Revenue Development Agency to provide investment opportunities that contribute to providing distinguished service facilities within an effective investment environment that develops services provided to the residents of the eastern region.
The new investment contracts include a number of service facilities, as the first contract includes working on investing and developing vacant land for investment activities, establishing an integrated car services complex with an area of 21,357 square meters in King Fahd District in Dammam. A collective for individuals with integrated services, located in the west of the city of Dammam, on an area of 9000 square meters. The third contract, located west of the city of Dammam, includes investing vacant lands on an area of 9000 square meters with the aim of establishing, operating and maintaining a collective housing project for individuals with integrated services. The total revenues of new investment contracts amount to more than 38,000,000 riyals.
