KAPSARC Brings Together Saudi and U.S. Energy Visions

The Saudi Minister of Energy received today the U.S. Secretary of Energy, Chris Wright, and his accompanying delegation at the King Abdullah Petroleum Studies and Research Center (KAPSARC) in Riyadh, as part of the U.S. delegation’s official visit to the Kingdom.

📍 During the visit, the delegation was briefed on KAPSARC’s role in energy policy research, energy transitions, climate change, sustainable transportation, and advisory services, in addition to the center’s development of analytical models to address current challenges in the energy sector.

The two sides also discussed opportunities for joint cooperation, knowledge exchange, and strengthening collaborative research on strategic energy issues.
