Broadcast: The Eastern Province Municipality has established the investment project to develop a recreational, cultural, tourist and sports center in Al-Aziziya, Al-Khobar Governorate, with the participation of the private sector in the development of the region and the dissemination of services through an investment contract, which comes as an extension of the efforts and initiatives of the Ministry of Municipal and Rural Affairs and Housing, in developing the region through investment development projects.

The secretariat confirmed that the investment project aims to enhance recreational, tourism, cultural and sports activities in the Eastern Province, highlight the elements of Khobar Governorate on the tourism and entertainment map, accelerate the pace of development and achieve the concept of spending efficiency and financial sustainability.

She pointed out that the project is an extension of the group of qualitative and distinctive investment projects that were launched in the Eastern Province in partnership with the private sector. Sports, cafes, restaurants, public squares, multi-use open views, walking paths, green and water areas, which will have a positive impact on the quality of life for residents and visitors of the Eastern Province.

She called on all investors and entrepreneurs to participate in the investment industry and visit the municipal investment portal and the smart phone application (Foras) to view investment opportunities with ease.
