RIYADH - The Saudi Ministry of Communications and Information Technology, in cooperation with the Saudi Federation for Cybersecurity, Programming and Drones, is preparing to launch a number of regional technical initiatives next Wednesday evening, in a ceremony that is the largest of its kind in the region, and in partnership with several local bodies from the government and private sectors and international companies, with the aim of seizing Opportunities for the digital economy, and to serve the technical communities in the Kingdom and the Middle East and North Africa region.

It is expected that many huge partnerships will be announced with global and pioneering bodies in the technology industry, and training and development institutions in various technical sectors around the world. In an effort to qualify human energies, support the digital business system, and empower a technical community.

These initiatives will contribute to strengthening the Kingdom's role as a regional technology center, which celebrates innovators, programmers and entrepreneurs, from various technical sectors.

The objectives of these initiatives range from inspiring youth energies and building national capacities; To reach the sustainability of technical societies that lead to innovation, and accelerate the digital transformation that the Kingdom is experiencing in its path towards achieving Vision 2030.
