The General Presidency for the Affairs of the Grand Mosque and the Prophet’s Mosque announced the success of the operational plan for the Hajj season 1442 AH and the end of the third phase of delegating pilgrims to the Holy Mosque in Makkah to perform the farewell circumambulation and complete the rituals in a spiritual atmosphere full of security and faith and an integrated service system that observes all global health standards.

The official spokesman for the presidency, Hani Hosni Haidar, confirmed that the presidency, under the directives of His Excellency the President General, Sheikh Dr. Abdul Rahman bin Abdulaziz Al-Sudais, has successfully implemented the operational plan and its axes for the Hajj season, which includes harnessing all human and technical capabilities in order to organize a safe grouping for pilgrims, and to provide a healthy and safe environment that meets all international standards. In fighting infection, harnessing “robots” and artificial intelligence in disinfection and sterilization operations, distributing Zamzam water, and answering questioners in legal issues.

And he indicated that the presidency, during the exceptional season, cooperated and joined hands with all concerned parties; To facilitate the procedures and rituals of Hajj for the pilgrims, and to intensify the precautionary measures, which achieved - by the grace of God - that no case of coronavirus infection was recorded among the ranks of pilgrims and workers.

He stated that the presidency worked through a project to measure the satisfaction of visitors to the Two Holy Mosques with the services provided in the Grand Mosque and the Prophet’s Mosque, with the aim of continuous improvement of the service and health system in the Grand Mosque, through panels equipped with the electronic coding feature inside the Grand Mosque and its yards, and the distribution of employees in the places designated for entry and exit to welcome With the pilgrims, bid farewell to them, and monitor their opinions and suggestions about the services provided to them at the Grand Mosque.

He explained that the presidential plan included starting to prepare for the next season by analyzing reports received from field agencies, studying opinion polls from pilgrims and enlightening proposals, enhancing the positives achieved to multiply achievements, addressing challenges, developing practical solutions, and relentless pursuit to achieve the aspirations of the wise leadership to achieve leadership while visiting the pilgrims of the Two Holy Mosques. .
