Beth: The Ministry of Hajj and Umrah in the Kingdom announced the start of sending text messages to Hajj candidates, both citizens and residents, to complete the procedures for selecting packages and paying the financial fees.

The Ministry of Hajj and Umrah in the Kingdom announced on its Twitter account that the second phase of the final registration and selection of packages will be launched on Friday 15/11/1442 AH corresponding to 06/25/2021 AD.

The number of registered persons wishing to perform Hajj from within the electronic track has reached 55,8270 since the registration began last Wednesday, until its closing date today.

And the competent Saudi Ministry indicated that the percentage of registered males was 59%, while the percentage of females was 41%.

And the Kingdom had taken a decision to limit this year’s Hajj season to domestic pilgrims from Saudi citizens and foreign residents in Saudi Arabia, and set the number at 60,000, due to the measures taken to prevent infection from the Corona virus.
