Surprises in the list of the most exaggerated player in history
A public poll resulted in the ranking of more than 20 exaggerated players throughout history in the world of football, as part of a study published by the "Ace Football" betting company.
The company "Ace Football" conducted interviews for the first time with thousands of football fans from Europe, to find out the ranking of the 20 most exaggerated players throughout history in the most popular sport in the world, and in the second time a total of 6,121 fans participated in the vote.
Former Liverpool and England star and current Scottish Rangers coach, Stephen Gerrard, topped the list of the most exaggerated player in football history, with 23.5% of the total vote.
Manchester United and France midfielder Paul Pogba came in second with 22%, followed by Brazilian legend Pele in third place with 20%.
The top scorer for Liverpool and Egypt, Mohamed Salah, ranked seventh in the list of exaggerated players, by 15.5%.
Argentina's Lionel Messi, Cristiano Ronaldo and Frenchman Kylian Mbappe also entered the list.
