The National Al Ahli Bank that it has signed a binding merger agreement with Samba Group to take the necessary steps to implement the merger deal between them.
The new bank will become the largest Saudi bank and the third largest bank in the Gulf by assets (223.1) billion dollars (836.6) billion riyals, according to data for the second quarter.
