"WikiLeaks" .. And the hidden wars
BY - Abdullah Al-Omira
WikiLeaks editor-in-chief Kristen Hrafnsson told the Russian news site RT: “Washington’s war in Afghanistan is a big lie… and the chaotic withdrawal is not a surprise… and the Western media have colluded to hide the truth.”
The statement is dangerous - but not surprising!

Before mentioning the most important thing, and my comment; I would like to refer to WikiLeaks, which is well known to some.
WikiLeaks was founded by a number of journalists, activists and technicians, most notably Australian Internet activist Julian Assange. It is an international non-profit organization that publishes private and confidential media reports from anonymous press sources and news leaks. Its website began in 2006 under the name of the Sunshine Press Organization, and it claimed the existence of A database of more than 1.2 million documents within a year of their appearance.
WikiLeaks became famous for leaking thousands of documents on the Afghan war, the Iraq war, US State Department correspondence, and money laundering in tax havens. After that, she was subjected to severe criticism by the US administration, which accused it of threatening US national security and took measures against it that led to financial constraints. As for its editor-in-chief, Julian Assange, he is attached, and was arrested in Britain.
Washington has requested his extradition to face charges of publishing thousands of classified documents in 2010 and 2011.
A British court has ordered a halt to Julian Assange’s deportation to the United States.
The judge rejected the request for deportation because of the impact on his mental health, and fears that he would commit suicide in the United States.
Assange faced 18 charges, including conspiracy to hack a US military database, with the aim of obtaining sensitive classified information related to the wars in Iraq and Afghanistan, and later publishing it on WikiLeaks.
The 49-year-old Australian has become for his supporters a symbol of the struggle for media freedom.”
Icelandic journalist Kristian Hrafnsson has been appointed editor-in-chief of WikiLeaks.
This is what Hrafnsson said:
It is shocking that Washington was able to deceive the world for two decades, as the Western media “colluded” to conceal the truth of the Afghan war, allowing that “extraordinary lie” to be reinforced for so long.
“Washington’s 19-year war campaign in Afghanistan was a ‘big lie’ that only benefited the US military-industrial complex and private contractors,” Hrafnsson said. The current chaotic withdrawal is no surprise, but mainstream media outlets around the world have not realized the lies that perpetuated war a long time ago.
WikiLeaks had published a set of documents that “all painted a true picture of what was happening in Afghanistan 11 years ago,” according to Hrafnsson, referring to the so-called “Afghan War Diary,” a compilation of US domestic military records and diplomatic cables. and documents from the CIA, covering the period between 2004 and 2010.

The Cold War is still burning between the United States and Russia.
as they appear; The dispute between the United States and European countries is greater, and raging under the table, even if the world appears to be friendly between them.. Differences in values and interests remain.
__________
WikiLeaks editor-in-chief Kristen Hrafnsson told RT; Great informative material, of course serving Russia in its war against the United States.
I hope that RT will continue and lure the editor-in-chief of WikiLeaks to reveal the secrets of the Iranian-European negotiations regarding nuclear, and the rules of the Russian-Iranian relationship. What happened and is happening in Iraq, Syria, Lebanon, Yemen, etc.
RT is a Russian media site that has great potential and support. It has these questions as they are before all Arab media outlets.
But the Arab media is divided into three sections:
One, orbiting in the American astronomy.
The second, revolves in a closed orbit, each country singing on its nights.
And third, it has journalistic capacity, but it’s neglected, unsupported!
And the media without support, cannot move.
As for WikiLeaks, it has a special status…a financial strength and a mentality that is managed by a sophisticated media intelligence thought.
