The Saudi International Carnival (Autoville), the largest in the Middle East, kicks off
RIYADH - The Saudi International Motor Carnival (Otovel), the largest interactive event in the world of motors in the Middle East, was launched today, and is organized by the General Authority for Exhibitions and Conferences from January 8-14, at Dirab Square Circuit in Riyadh.
Car enthusiasts and enthusiasts will have fun and excitement through seven main areas: Adventure Live, Advanced Car Show “OEM”, Rare Car Forum, Buggy Storm, “Earl Music” and Arobots, in addition to the Automobile Club Show, and “Autoville” extends Covering an area of 1.7 million square meters, the audience will share the atmosphere of excitement and enthusiasm with the stars of art and show cars in the world through car shows, driving experiences, and distinctive speed tests, suitable for all age groups, in addition to exploring the latest developments in mobility, and the International Carnival will witness A number of concerts by a group of Arab and international artists.
The Acting CEO of the General Authority for Exhibitions and Conferences, Amjad bin Essam Shaker, confirmed that the Carnival (Autoville) paints unprecedented horizons for the exhibitions, conferences and entertainment sectors in the Kingdom, as the authority was keen to present the event in a proper manner, and provide all the necessary capabilities, to embody this pioneering festival on the ground. Pointing out that the carnival enriches efforts to support the tourism and exhibition sectors, through public displays of cars and motorcycles, and awareness and promotional shows that will attract experts and vehicle enthusiasts, and the general public with the participation of more than 100 prestigious brands in the engine industry, explaining that Autofil constitutes a valuable addition to the exhibition sector. And the Saudi conferences, as it was able to attract many major investors in the sectors of exhibitions, festivals, cars and its accessories.
Car enthusiasts can take part in special events at Autoville, notably the Drift School lessons with Chelsea Denova, the RTR Professional Driving Course, the Tokyo Drift Experience, and the Suzuki Swift Track Experience, which provides the opportunity for the public to accompany motorsports celebrities to live the action and excitement scenes that cannot be avoided. They usually only see it in movies and series.
A number of famous rallies and engine shows will participate in Autoville, including the two-time Guinness World Record breaker in drifting races, Saudi driver Abdulhadi Al-Qahtani, as well as international engine racing celebrities: Ken Block, Fugen Getten Jr., Remy Bezoard, and many others.
