Beth: His Excellency the Minister of Municipal and Rural Affairs and Housing, Mr. Majid bin Abdullah Al-Hogail, announced the launch of the second phase (the stage of rehabilitation of companies) of the phases of the "Pulse Al-Khobar" project, which aims to develop an integrated qualitative cultural center in the center of Al-Khobar Governorate.

His Excellency Minister Al-Hogail stressed that the project, which comes in cooperation between the Ministry of Municipal and Rural Affairs and Housing, and the Ministry of Culture, aims to raise the quality of life in the Eastern Province, and highlight the position of Al-Khobar Governorate on the tourism, cultural and entertainment map in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

The Municipality of the Eastern Region confirmed that the cultural project, called "Nabd Al-Khobar", is an extension of the pioneering investment projects in the Eastern Region in partnership with the private sector and a national initiative between the Ministry of Municipal and Rural Affairs and the Ministry of Culture to enhance the diverse cultural dimension of the region.

The project aims to build an artistic and heritage destination open to various cultural activities that will have a positive impact on the quality of life for the residents of Al-Khobar Governorate and visitors to the Eastern Province, and in a way that contributes to placing Al-Khobar as a target destination on the Saudi tourism map.

The secretariat explained that "Nabad Al-Khobar" will present several different cultural activities in partnership with the five cultural bodies of the Ministry of Culture, such as the Architecture and Design Authority, the Culinary Arts Authority, the Visual Arts Authority, the Music Authority and the Heritage Authority.

For his part, His Excellency the Mayor of the Eastern Province, Eng. Fahd bin Muhammad Al-Jubeir, said that the proposal of this qualitative project translates the directions of His Royal Highness Prince Saud bin Nayef bin Abdulaziz, Governor of the Eastern Province, His Royal Highness Prince Ahmed bin Fahd bin Salman, and His Highness Prince Badr bin Abdullah bin Farhan, Minister of Culture - may God protect them - and with continuous follow-up by His Excellency the Minister of Municipal and Rural Affairs and Housing, Mr. Majid bin Abdullah Al-Hogail.

Al-Jubeir stressed that the "Pulse Al Khobar" project is a qualitative, artistic, cultural and tourist addition to the residents of the eastern region, as it represents a platform to attract visitors to the region and raise the eastern region's share in the tourism market in the Arab Gulf region, in addition to achieving the objectives of the Kingdom's Vision 2030 in the concept of sustainable development.

Al-Jubeir stated that the project was proposed and now the second phase has been launched to qualify applicants for competition among the qualified to choose (the developer or the union / developer alliance) the winner of implementing the project, indicating that it will contribute to creating job opportunities and raising the level of services to achieve the elements of quality of life in the region, and support the nomination file of the city of Khobar.
