The International Petrochemical Company “Sipchem” and the Linde Company signed a 50% partnership agreement for each with the aim of developing, managing and operating large-scale investment projects in the field of supplying and managing industrial gas networks in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

The partnership aims to build a world-class network of industrial gases in Jubail Industrial City by linking hydrogen and gas factories owned and operated by the two parties through a joint pipeline between the two manufacturers. The main focus will be on developing new production facilities to provide carbon monoxide, hydrogen and associated gases, as well as effective solutions to separate carbon from downstream industries in industrial clusters in the Kingdom. The partners plan to develop industrial gas projects in the Kingdom with an investment of approximately 500 million dollars during the next five years, after adopting the economic feasibility of these projects.
