The foreign ministers of Saudi Arabia and America discuss strengthening security and stability in the Middle East
Munich - Prince Faisal bin Farhan bin Abdullah, Minister of Foreign Affairs, met today with US Secretary of State Anthony Blinken, on the sidelines of the Munich Security Conference, in Germany.
During the meeting, they reviewed the strategic and historical relations between the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and the United States of America, and ways to strengthen and support them in various fields of cooperation and joint coordination.
During the meeting, the two sides discussed many issues and developments on the regional and international arenas, foremost of which is strengthening security and stability in the Middle East, and efforts to lay the foundations for peace made by the two friendly countries in the region and the world.
During the meeting, they discussed ways to enhance joint efforts to stop the Houthi terrorist militia's violations against Yemen and its brotherly people, which are disrupting the political solution in Yemen.
The two sides exchanged views on the Iranian nuclear program and the international negotiations in this regard, in addition to exchanging views on regional and international developments and the efforts made in their regard.
