The Crown Prince meets the British Minister of Defense and the President of the World Economic Forum "Davos"
His Royal Highness Prince Mohammed bin Salman bin Abdulaziz, Crown Prince, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Defense, met today with British Defense Minister Ben Wallace.
During the meeting, they discussed the existing areas of cooperation between the two friendly countries, especially in the defense aspect, in addition to reviewing the latest regional and international situations and the efforts exerted towards them.
The meeting was attended by His Royal Highness Prince Khalid bin Salman bin Abdulaziz, Deputy Minister of Defense, His Excellency Minister of State, Cabinet Member, National Security Adviser, Dr. Musaed bin Muhammad Al-Aiban, His Excellency Assistant Minister of Defense for Executive Affairs, Mr. Khaled Al-Biyari, Director General of the Office of His Highness the Minister of Defense, Dr. Hisham Al-Sheikh, and Military Adviser to His Highness Defense Minister Maj. Gen. Eng. Talal Al-Otaibi.
On the British side, Ambassador to the Kingdom Neil Crumpton, Senior Military Adviser to the Middle East, Lieutenant-General Joe Sampson, Military Attache Brigadier General Patrick O’Donald, Director of Future Air War Operations Richard Burthon and Special Secretary to Defense Minister David Morgan attended.

During the meeting, a number of global and regional topics and developments related to economic aspects, including the effects of the Corona pandemic, were reviewed, in addition to discussing partnership opportunities between the Kingdom and the Forum in accordance with the Kingdom’s Vision 2030.
The meeting was attended by the Minister of Finance, Mr. Muhammad Al-Jadaan, the Minister of Economy and Planning, Mr. Faisal Al-Ibrahim, the Governor of the Public Investment Fund, Mr. Yasser Al-Rumayyan, and a number of officials in the forum.
