The ceasefire between the Palestinian factions and Israel takes effect

In a statement on Thursday, the Israeli government confirmed the truce decision with the Gaza Strip, after 11 days of bombing.
The Israeli authorities indicated that Egypt had proposed the Gaza truce, and that it would be reciprocal and unconditional.
For its part, the Palestinian factions announced that they had informed that the ceasefire in the Gaza Strip would come into effect at 2 am according to local time, and that they would abide by it as long as Israel abided by it.
The Egyptian TV announced that the ceasefire agreement that was reached is a mutual and simultaneous agreement. He also announced that President Abdel Fattah El-Sisi would send two security delegations to the Palestinian territories and Israel to install the ceasefire.
In the context, the Israeli Radio said that Israel continues to target the leaders of Hamas and the commander of its military wing, and that it will respond strongly to launching any shell or incendiary balloon towards its lands.
